Triathlete, trainer, massage therapist, and owner of OC Athletic Massage & Training. Why do I do what I do? After 15+ years of traditional bodywork and therapies, I got tired of seeing my clients struggling with traditional “quick fixes” for their physical issues and not seeing sustainable results.  As a triathlete, I want to help athletes discover what it feels like to be a badass competitor again, despite getting older or being injured, so they can have more confidence, be stronger, and live a much more enjoyable life.
